launched in late 2007. Our primary focus is servicing the needs of first time authors and poets seeking to get their adult
manuscripts published, printed, and distributed in a professional and affordable manner.

As a poet and author, Founder and CEO Miriam L. Jacobs
has endured the frustrations, rejections, and obstacles that first time authors often encounter. It was through these same
struggles that the impetus for publishing her own work was born.
After successfully publishing three of
her books via a well-received website, Mrs. Jacobs visualized creating her own publishing company whereby she could enjoy
a greater sense of artistic freedom and fiscal success.
It was through this combination of creative freedom
and entrepreneurship that Chaklet Coffee Books was born.
